Everyone loves a barbecue and cooking over fire. In Sydney, it seems as though every restaurant has a custom-built, wood-fired oven or smoker worth the GDP of a small country, every hipster is busy singeing his beard over a fire pit somewhere, all craft beers must be flavoured with something smoked and if we see another food series or cook book about fire we’ll go bonkers.
In the meantime, Australians of all varieties in backyards everywhere are busy just getting on with sharing delicious, simple meals over the barbie. That’s what this box is for.
As always, everything will be clearly labeled with the farm, breed and cut. We occasionally put frozen produce in if fresh isn't available.
