This half of a traditional, easycarve ham from a pasture-raised, NSW pig. It will be labelled with the farm from which it came so you can trace it back to the source.

We can skin and score your ham ready for glazing.

Or we can glaze your ham for you (available for pick up orders only!)

When you've finished working your way through the ham, toss the bone into a stock pot with lots of vegetables and wine and make a delicious soup.

About our pastured hams

Only about 2% of Australian ham is made from pasture-raised pork and we are proud to say that all of our cured pork products come from pasture-raised, hormone and chemical-free NSW pigs. Our supply chain is short, humane and transparent, allowing for every chance to achieve the highest quality and accountability. 

The majority of hams on offer at Christmas are purchased as boxes of pig legs with no discernible provenance - it's difficult to know where they came from or how they were raised.

All our leg hams come from the whole, heritage-breed pigs we source directly from regeneratively-managed NSW farms. The breeds include Berkshire, Duroc, English Large Black, English Large White, Tamworth and Wessex Saddleback and they are born and bred outside on pasture with the freedom to express instinctive behaviour. 

Farms include Bundarra Berkshires, Extraordinary Pork, OxHill Organics, Pillar Rock and Wallendbeen Park - all in NSW.

Our hams are brined (salt and sugar) and smoked and contain the lowest level of nitrite (0.002%).
