A lovely, unctuous gravy for your turkey or Sommerlad chook or goose or duck. Made from a deeply concentrated, reduced duck stock flavoured with garlic and pepper and native Davidson's Plums to add a fruity, slightly tangy sweetness to balance the richness. 

250 ml. Super rich, so a little goes a long way.

Ingredients: pastured Pekin/Aylesbury duck bones, garlic, Davidson's Plum jam (sugar, lemon, vanilla, plums), pepper
