Our paté with a cheery, spiced festive topping. Spread this on some warm crusty bread or crackers with a few pickles on the side and just try not to finish the whole jar in one sitting.
Organic chicken livers, Pepe Saya ghee, eschallot, NSW garlic, fresh herbs, brandy, port, our wholesome organic chicken broth, pastured egg, a spot of our smoked, nitrite-free pastured bacon, nutmeg and allspice.
