These beautiful mushrooms come from Mussett Holdings Regenerative Farm which is a small farm in the small Southern Highlands town of Colo Vale.
Each week we receive a mixed harvest of whatever is best at the farm that week. There are lots of varieties including oyster, coral tooth and lion's mane. The mushrooms are grown organically with sawdust and grass and the Mussetts use mushroom compost to nourish the farm's vegetable crops.
We also buy Will Mussett's excellent pastured eggs.
