A rich, deeply flavoured and well-spiced beef and pork sausage, Boerewors are South African farmers' (Boer) sausages (wors) and are popular in South Africa and among the South African diaspora all over the world.
Ingredients are pasture-fed and finished beef, pasture-raised pork, freshly-ground coriander, black pepper and hints of nutmeg, clove and pimento.
Traditionally, Boerewors sausages are made in a single circular shape, but we're bucking convention and giving you Boerewors in a regular sausage length.
Fresh or frozen, depending on availability.
Our sausages are hand made at Feather and Bone using natural skins and don’t contain any preservatives, gluten or fillers. All meat used is fully pasture-raised and chemical, hormone and antibiotic-free.
