Our paté with a cheery, spiced festive topping to seal instead of the usual layer of ghee.
Organic chicken livers, Pepe Saya ghee, eschallot, NSW garlic, fresh herbs, brandy, port, our wholesome organic chicken broth, pastured egg and a spot of the smoked, nitrite-free bacon we make from the whole pasture-raised NSW pigs we receive weekly.
Spread this on some warm crusty bread or crackers with a few pickles on the side and just try not to finish the whole jar in one sitting.
