Our paté with a cheery, spiced festive topping. Spread this on some warm crusty bread or crackers with a few pickles on the side and just try not to finish the whole jar in one sitting.
Ingredients: organic chicken livers, Pepe Saya ghee, eschallot, NSW garlic, fresh herbs, brandy, port, our wholesome organic chicken broth, pastured egg, a spot of our smoked, nitrite-free pastured bacon, nutmeg and allspice.
