Everyone loves a barbecue and cooking over fire, particularly at the moment. It seems every restaurant has a custom-built, wood-fired oven or smoker worth the GDP of a small African nation, every hipster is busy singeing his beard over a fire pit somewhere, all craft beers must be flavoured with something smoked and if we see another food series or cook book about fire we’ll start burning our bras.
In the meantime, Australians of all flavours in backyards everywhere are busy just getting on with sharing delicious, simple meals over the barbie. That’s what this box is for.
The box will feed about 12 people, assuming about 300 gm per person. As always, everything will be clearly labeled with the farm, breed and cut.
