Katie Swift's traditional cordials are made in Sydney with natural ingredients - locally-sourced fruit, zest, sugar, water and citric and tartaric acids.

Just add water or your favourite spirit for a cocktail.

Our current favourite is a sort-of-negroni with vermouth, campari, blood orange cordial, orange or lemon peel and a spot of gin if there's any left. Beautiful end to a long summer day.
