Lamb burger with Moroccan spice rub


Each burger is about 100 gms. Sold in packs of four. Fresh or frozen.

Lamb mince burgers rolled in a rub mix of cumin coriander, garam masala, paprika, salt and pepper. Drizzle with a little olive oil, grill (don't overcook!) and serve with yoghurt laced with a little harissa and lemon juice and a salad of Sift Produce greens. Or spoon the harissa yoghurt onto a bun, whack the lamb burger on top with another dollop of yoghurt, some fresh mint and Sift Produce green leaves. 

Our burgers are hand made at Feather and Bone and don’t contain any preservatives, gluten or fillers. All meat used is fully pasture-raised and chemical, hormone and antibiotic-free.

Produced at our Marrickville factory using available meat from the whole bodies we source directly from the farm.
