St David Dairy began with the hand-bottling of fresh farm milk on St David Street in the heart of Fitzroy, Victoria.
Unsalted Cultured Butter is hand crafted in small quantities with fresh pure cream and live cultures which results in a bright flavour, luscious body and silky texture. This melt in your mouth, full bodied cultured butter has been awarded Gold at the 2019 Dairy Industry Association of Australia (DIAA) Victorian Dairy awards, and also Gold at the 2018 Sydney Royal Cheese and Dairy Produce Show and at the 2018 Australian Food Awards.
