Nonie's is an artisan bakery that is all about delicious food, made by hand, using thoughtfully chosen ingredients, with no gums or preservatives.

Most gluten-free bread is made in tiny little loaves that taste like cardboard and could double as ship's ballast. But Nonie's bread is normal loaf size, with a lovely consistency and totally addictive regardless of whether you're gluten-intolerant or not.
Nonie's breads are handmade and some variance is natural. All products are preservative free and gluten-free flours are delicate so, to preserve freshness, the bread is sliced and frozen on the day it's made to maintain the product at it's peak.
Take out the number of slices you want, warm them in the toaster or under the grill and pop the rest back in the freezer for later.
Each loaf weighs about 1.1 kg and yields 16 slices.
