How does a brined, butterflied and sous vide whole Grassland Poultry Sommerlad chicken sound?

These glorious chooks will be cooked and ready to be simply popped on the barbecue or in the oven to re-heat!

Either grill over a medium bbq, skin side down for approximately 20 minutes, turning once the skin has a nice char. Alternatively, place in a hot oven for approximately 20 mins.

As this product is already cooked, you are simply bringing it back up to temperature.
