We source directly from local farmers who work with natural systems, building soil health and biodiversity at every level of the ecosystem. No synthetic pesticides, fertilisers, growth promotants, feed lots or medicated feed. We seek out slow-growing, heritage breeds and all animals are raised outside, free to express instinctive behaviour, ranging across regeneratively-managed pastures and woodland.

Available by the whole body, half body, or quarter body. Purchasing a whole animal in bulk is a cost effective way to feed the family and fill the freezer. Working with you, we are happy to tailor the break on each order according to your needs. It can be as simple as taking the whole animal away in one piece, all the way through to us breaking the body down into individual cuts, mince, and sausages.
