Ingredients: cured pastured pork, onion, garlic, olive oil, dried chilli, fish sauce, oyster sauce, gluten-free soy sauce, brown sugar, traces of nitrites.

Made in a kitchen that also handles peanuts, tree nuts, nuts, milk, eggs, sesame seeds, soy, wheat, lupin and sulphites.
May contain traces of nitrites, dextrose, red wine, mineral salts, antioxidant.
