Pastured beef blade steak	app 600 gm	Quick cook on high for stir-fries and sandwiches or slow cook/braise in a casserole or pie.
Organic chicken wings or drumsticks	app 500 gm	Marinate and bbq or bake, or braise in a casserole.
Mince (beef, pork or lamb)	500 gm	From meatballs to tacos and mixed bowls.
Pastured pork or beef sausages	500 gm	Mix with braised lentils, straight up with mash or tray bake.

Weights are indicative and may vary slightly according to the cut and type of meat available each week. As always, everything you receive will be clearly labeled with the farm, breed and cut.

The contents change depending on what's in stock and we occasionally put frozen produce in if fresh isn't available. If you have any special dietary requirements or requests, please include a note when you check out and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
