Aphrodite Natural Red Wine Vinegar is made with Sparrow & Vine 2015 red grape field blend all natural wine from the NSW hilltops region, Maria (the mother) and filtered water.
She spent five years at Feather and Bone, fermenting away in a couple of old oak barrels atop a pallet emblazoned with her name until, finally, in late December 2020, she decided she was ready to release herself on the world.
We decanted her from her barrels and she was bottled down the road at Sparrow & Vine. A classic Marrickville co-production.
