A traditional Hungarian goulash (stew) made with pasture-fed and finished beef. The braised beef is tender and almost falling apart, the paprika gives the sauce a lovely, smoky depth and the button mushrooms add flavour and texture.

Pour the contents out of the jar into a saucepan and gently heat. Once it's warm, take it to the next level by stirring through a little sour cream or Burraduc Buffalo Cultured Cream at the end, before serving with potatoes and crusty bread, or rice and plenty of fresh veg. So good.

Depending on the demographics of your household, a 750 gm jar should feed three people comfortably with additional carbs (rice, potato, pasta etc) and piles of vegetables.
