We've teamed up with Kielty's Irish Sauces to make this amazing Mushroom Hot Sauce. Padraic has used our oyster mushrooms and golden habaneros to make this flavoursome sauce. In terms of heat it's about 7/10. It packs a punch!
Ingredients: Mushroom (25%), garlic, ginger, apple, chilli, apple cider vinegar, honey, roasted spices, olive oil, lemon juice, salt.
