This is the option where we do all the turkey prep - brining overnight, stuffing and trussing, ready to cook.
All you have to do is tuck your bird in the oven and put your feet up, possibly clutching a glass of something jolly for the season. Check cooking progress periodically, rest your bird briefly after cooking, warm your Davidson's Plum Bird Sauce and you're ready to serve. Easy.
