We've made a wonderful goat pie that celebrates spring flavours. Braised goat cooked down with lots of vegetables including leek, mushroom, broadbeans and peas all encased in a sour cream puff pastry. YUM! 

Ingredients: goat, onion, celery, leek, mushrooms, peas, broadbeans, wine, sage, parsley, garlic, orange zest, tomato, spices, salt, pepper, puff pastry (wheat flour, butter ((cream & milk)). May contain traces of nuts, seeds, eggs & soy.
