Delicious, whipped Fromage Blanc with a fluffy, cloud-like texture. Best eaten super fresh with a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of salt and pepper, warm bread and a crunchy radish. Cook with it, dip things into it, spread it on things, it's delicious every way.

Made with creamy, single-herd, Jersey milk from Camden, by Colin Wood at Goldstreet Dairy, next to Wildflower Brewery, just down the road from us in Marrickville. 

200 gm jar.

Ingredients: Jersey milk, vegetarian rennet, cultures, salt.
