Kofta - skinless sausages - made from our lamb mince, freshly-ground pepper, organic NSW garlic, sea salt and spices including ground cumin and coriander seeds. Each Long Thing is app 100 gms.

Barbecue or grill or even roast and finish under the grill to get a crisp outer layer. Serve with roasted cauliflower (with or without a delicious cheese sauce), a beetroot salad with feta and almond slices and lots of fresh, crunchy green leaves. Or make a yoghurt dressing laced with a little harissa and lemon juice to drizzle on the Long Things and serve with steamed or roasted vegetables and rice. Or spoon the harissa yoghurt onto a bun, whack the lamb burger on top with another dollop of yoghurt, some fresh mint and Sift Produce green leaves. The possibilities are endless...

Our sausages are hand made at Feather and Bone using natural skins and don’t contain any preservatives, gluten or fillers. All meat used is fully pasture-raised and chemical, hormone and antibiotic-free.

Produced at our Marrickville butchery using available meat from the whole bodies we source directly from the farm.
