This glorious slow cooked oyster lamb shoulder has been braised in lamb stock, garlic, thyme, rosemary and a hint of chilli. Simply pair with a side of your choosing and your meal is sorted.
To warm, either place the plastic bag containing the slow cooked lamb shoulder into a pot of gently simmering water for approximately 20-30 mins. Alternatively, take the lamb out of it's packaging and put in a hot oven for 20-25 minutes.
