Black Cherry Vinegar is made solely from Huon and Derwent Valley cherries, with no additions and an abundance of live vinegar mother. It is a delicious fruit forward, full bodied vinegar with tight, fruit tartness.

Splash on a salad or in any application that calls for red wine vinegar.

'Wild Mother Tasmania is dedicated to producing fine vinegars, condiments and beverages with locally grown fruit, using minimal intervention techniques to maximise flavour and health benefits. Our location allows us access to high-quality cool climate fruit, with our site being a few kms from our organic apple and cherry suppliers.

Our vinegars are unfiltered and unpasteurised and are made with naturally occurring (wild) vinegar
mother that we have developed over time from local fruit. We do not use any artificial additives, colours or flavours in our products.'
