Mud and Bone Winter Feast meat tray winners

There were two lucky Meat Tray winners at the Saturday 30 June Mud and Bone Winter Feast.

Each setting on the four long tables at the event was laid with lovely Mud porcelain plates, a menu, a Mud gift wrapped in brown paper and a small, bleached bone from the whole animals we receive at our butchery.

These bones were all different and intended to be little mementos of the evening and a reminder of the importance of eating the whole animal and not wasting a thing. Two of the lucky guests had double exclamation marks on the tags attached to their bones which made them the lucky winners of a Feather and Bone Meat Tray.
