Select the ham you want and then we'll skin and score it for you so it's ready for glazing. 

For glazing, we recommend our fine Wild ham glaze made with Wildflower's Gold Wild Australian Ale and Malfroy's Gold Wild Honey. 

Or we can make it really simple by glazing your ham for you (pick up only).

NOTE: After we've skinned the ham and scored the fat, we replace the skin over the fat and vacuum pack it to keep the ham moist. Just take the ham out of the pack, gently peel the skin off and you're ready to start glazing.
