High-quality saffron is rare and unmistakable, and Safinter’s Spanish Saffron stands apart from the average or adulterated varieties commonly found in the market. Saffron is the delicate stigma of the Crocus sativus flower, with each thread being hand-picked one at a time to ensure purity and quality.

Safinter saffron is Grade 1 according to ISO 3632:2011, the internationally recognised and independently tested quality standard for saffron. This classification guarantees that it is not only 100% pure but also exceptionally potent in flavour, aroma, and colour, meaning that a little goes a long way.
