We've made a really delicious finishing butter, great on top of a steak or pork cutlet, even better on top of grilled calves or lambs liver. No need to heat, simply place a small round on top of the meat when it is resting and let the flavours permeate.

Ingredients: unsalted butter (cream ((milk)) and cultures), red onions, beef jus (beef & chicken bones, red wine, celery, onion, garlic, herbs, salt & pepper), gruyere cheese (milk), garlic, lemon juice, parsley, thyme & bay. CONTAINS MILK.
