Grassland Poultry Sommerlad breasts marinated with extra virgin olive oil, fresh bay leaves, thyme and pepper corns and then gently cooked overnight in a warm water bath so they stay juicy and tender. 

They're ready to eat so you can slice them and toss them through a salad. Or brown and crisp the skin briefly in a pan and then serve them with fresh mayo and asparagus. Really, the serving options are endless.
