A simple, rich, confit duck rillette. Serve it as an entree with fresh, crusty bread or crackers, or add it to a Ploughman's Plate or a cheese platter. Also perfect picnic food. 

Made with the pasture-raised duck we receive from Tathra Free Range Place. 

Ingredients: pastured duck (56%), duck fat, onion, chicken stock, white wine, garlic, thyme, parsley, tarragon, bay leaves, salt, pepper.
