A beautiful medley of black olives that include kalamata - a delicious umami olive with a peppery, buttery finish. Grown organically in the Mediterranean climate of Wagga Wagga NSW. 

Parafield uses a natural method of 'salt brine', which can take up to 15 months - retaining all the health benefits of the olive.
