A dense, green olive with a firm flesh. They taste amazing on their own or are the perfect addition to any charcuterie platter or tomato and burraduc buffalo salad.

Grown organically in the Mediterranean climate of Wagga Wagga NSW. 

Parafield uses a natural method of 'salt brine', which can take up to 15 months - retaining all the health benefits of the olive.
